SUPERINTENDENT II POSITION IN wyoming:
A well-established General Contractor is looking to fill an immediate opening for a Superintendent II due to some internal growth. Job Description:
Develop and execute planning for projects and oversee process and completion
Responsible for planning, monitoring and developing complex projects
Manage and oversee company staff, subcontractors, and suppliers on the project, quality and safety
Must be able to budget/estimate output, and develop QA/QC plan as well as work plans
Qualifications -and-amp; Requirements:
Bachelors Degree with preference for Construction Science or related field
Possess skills -and-amp; knowledge equivalent to employee with 8+ years commercial construction experience
Knowledgeable of Companys Project Management system
Responsible for project documentation and maintain organized filing system
Travel Requirements: Some regional travel based on contract
